Fluorescent Pigment Acrylic Resin-Based Fluorescent Beads SX Series

This product is made by solidifying fluorescent dyes within acrylic resin particles using our unique technology.

Organic fluorescent pigments have traditionally been made by dissolving fluorescent dyes in condensation-type resins such as amino resins or polyester resins and then finely grinding the resulting solid. However, our company has newly established a technology to dissolve fluorescent dyes in acrylic resin particles using a wet process. This new method exhibits color development properties equivalent to those of conventional amino resin-based organic fluorescent pigments, but unlike amino resins, it does not use formaldehyde as a raw material. Additionally, because it is synthesized through an addition polymerization reaction in water, the particles are spherical and have a sharp particle size distribution. SX-100 has an average particle size of 3 to 5 μm and can be widely used in various applications such as paints, printing inks, paper coatings, and resin coloring (limited to below 200°C). SX-1000 has a finer particle size (average particle size below 1 μm) and can be expanded to applications such as offset inks and UV inks in addition to conventional uses.

Fluorescent pigment water dispersion type Shinroihicolor SW-100 series

It is a water-based color base characterized by fine particles and excellent light resistance.

The Shinloihicolor SW-100 series is a water-based color base that goes beyond the conventional realm of fluorescent color bases for printing, characterized by fine particles and excellent lightfastness. It can be used in a wide range of applications such as roll printing, screen printing, and immersion dyeing. While synthetic resins that serve as carriers for fluorescent pigments are typically of the formaldehyde condensation type, the SW series uses a completely different resin composition, eliminating issues related to formaldehyde odor and generation during high-temperature processes like baking, thus ensuring superior safety. Additionally, it offers significantly better lightfastness compared to traditional fluorescent color bases for printing. For more details, please contact us or refer to the catalog.

Fluorescent pigment powder environmentally friendly Shinroihi Color SEL-100 series

Inorganic EL color conversion organic fluorescent pigments with excellent light transmittance and light resistance.

The Shinroihihicolor SEL-100 series is an inorganic EL color conversion organic fluorescent pigment designed to convert the blue-green and green excitation light of inorganic phosphors (such as ZnS·Cu) into white or any desired color. It does not use formaldehyde as a raw material. The three primary colors of light are R, G, and B, and mixing these three colors results in white. However, there are currently no high-brightness inorganic phosphors that emit red light, so organic fluorescent pigments (SEL-100 series, FA-000 series) are used as substitutes to enable white panels. For more details, please contact us or refer to the catalog.
